Job Description
Join a team where you will be responsible for installing and assembling various equipment onto work trucks, including beds, plows, tool boxes, and more. Your work will involve assembling tool boxes to the back of trucks, bolting on truck boxes, installing mud flaps, mounting crane holders, ramp holders, and tail lights. You will also read blueprints and work diagrams to install hydraulic equipment and parts, perform testing and inspections, and handle wiring as needed.
ResponsibilitiesInstall and assemble equipment onto work trucks, such as beds, plows, and tool boxes.Assemble tool boxes and bolt on truck boxes.Install mud flaps, mount crane and ramp holders, and install tail lights on trucks.Read blueprints and work diagrams to install hydraulic equipment and parts.Perform testing and inspections on all installed components.Conduct necessary wiring tasks.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of mechanical aptitude in fields such as auto mechanics, diesel mechanics, military mechanics, or industrial mechanics.Ability to read blueprints or work instructions.Proficiency in using hand, power, and air tools.Ownership of basic hand tools, including sockets and tape measures.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Capability to read a tape measure.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role offers a full-time day shift from 7 AM to 4 PM. The work environment is akin to a mechanic bay and can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Positions available include both heavy-duty and light-duty roles, providing opportunities for experienced mechanics and less experienced assemblers alike.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
