**About the Role:** As a Real Estate Analyst for The Church of Jesus Christ ofLatter-day Saints, you will assist in the coordination and execution of realestate transaction activities for a defined real estate portfolio. This job is part of the Brokerage job family. Brokers areresponsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of office, industrial, retailand other commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation. **What You’ll Do:** + Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal committee meetings + Complete internal documents and forms associated with real estate transactions + Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments. + Evaluate and analyze real estate appropriation requests, gathering information for data input, and preparing maps and other related data + Monitor project records, review and analyze real property records to copy, scan and electronically provide necessary information + Review and analyze information from municipalities, outside entities, and other Church departments to help prepare and execute the acquisition, disposition, and property use agreements under the direction of Church real estate project managers + Coordinate closely with CBRE Transaction Managers who support Church real estate project managers + Analyze project requests for content completeness + Organize and manage information from various databases + Purge working files to permanent records + Track status of working projects and updates associated program tracking tools + Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. + Other duties as assigned **What You’ll Need:** + Attention to detail with accurate grammar and punctuation abilities + As the position requires the candidate to work on-site at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, you must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints + Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required with up to 2 years of job-related experience. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Basic math skills.
