What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of the Center’s clinical schedule, coordinating prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical assistants, and lab technicians
Ensure patients and prospective patients receive a world-class experience, from greeting to treatment
Maintain operational efficiency through precise scheduling and communication with the clinical and administrative teams
Manage the patient intake process, including forms, record scanning, and check-in/out procedures
Set clear expectations for patients regarding wait times and next steps
Support the General Manager with administrative duties such as deposits, reconciliations, and reporting
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
Demonstrate problem-solving and multitasking skills to ensure smooth daily operations
Perform additional duties as needed to support the Center’s success
Skills and Experience We're Looking For:
Previous medical or dental office experience preferred
Experience in scheduling, patient coordination, or treatment planning highly valued
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfort with electronic record systems
