You’re constantly evolving, so shouldn’t your opportunities be, too? **The Opportunity** The Treasury Systems Analyst II serves as a key resource in managing and optimizing access to critical banking and treasury platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring that system users and groups are appropriately configured, supporting secure and compliant operations across multiple applications. The Analyst II leverages strong analytical abilities to monitor system activity, maintain accurate records, and uphold data quality standards. By collaborating with internal teams and business partners, the Treasury Systems Analyst II helps facilitate seamless user experiences and supports ongoing system enhancements. The position also contributes to periodic audits and reporting initiatives, playing an important part in maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence within the organization’s treasury functions. **The Work Itself** * Process User Provisioning Requests for Correspondent Banking and Treasury Applications. * Process Funds Transfer Authority (FTA) Limit requests. * Perform analytical reviews to ensure data integrity, record retention and compliance with policies and procedures. * Work with Business Partners to ensure Correspondent Banking and Treasury Application User Groups contain the appropriate system entitlements. * Maintain User, User Group and other Administrative settings in Correspondent Banking and Treasury Applications. * Perform Monthly User List (MUL) reporting and Quarterly End User Access Campaign (EAC) for all Correspondent Bank and other applications as needed. * Assist in testing and deployment of changes to Correspondent Bank and other applications as needed. **The Skills You Bring** * 1+ year of experience in the financial industry required; strong preference to candidates with systems administration experience including user provisioning and access management. * Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, finance, information systems, or related, preferred. * Advanced reporting skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) are required; PowerBI experience is highly preferred. * Understanding of regulatory requirements and audit processes related to user access, record keeping, and reporting (e.g., Monthly User List, End User Access Campaign). * Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requests and reporting cycles. * Demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks. * Communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Exhibit sound judgment, self-motivation, and the ability to build consensus across groups. \#LI-Hybrid **How We'll Have Your Back** * Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
