Description
•\tReceive, Log, and distribute Finance’s mail on a daily basis.
•\tPrepare daily cash position reports, organize cashflow support
•\tOn a weekly basis, prepare notes not sent to bank report.
•\tLog and code checks received to the cash management group.
•\tConduct our pairoff settlement confirmation with brokers and submit wire requests (3 times a month)
•\tPerform low activity bank/ liability reconciliations on a monthly basis
•\tAdminister Appraisal payment sites (speedpay)
•\tPerform other administrative duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
•\tBachelors degree, along with at least one year of total work experience in a related accounting support role. Prior experience in the mortgage industry and accounting systems is preferred.
•\tFamiliarity with general accounting concepts and banking systems.
•\tGeneral knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
•\tFamiliarity with accounting tools and software, banking and imaging software.
•\tBasic understanding of overall mortgage process.
•\tHighly organized and detail oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required.
•\tStrong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
•\tAbility to work well with others and work well under the pressure of deadlines.
•\tPrior experience using document retention software; AIQ preferred.
•\tEthical, with a commitment to company values.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
