As a Treasury Services Product Manager within the ASEAN Payments franchise, your primary role is the development and management of cash management products for Payments Singapore. This role would require close partnership with Sales, Service, Operations and Technology in managing the lifecycle of these products including system stability and compliance to internal policies, industry upgrades and regulations. The product coverage includes payments, receivables, liquidity solutions and digital platforms. You would also be required to support key stakeholders on the wider ASEAN agenda in terms of strategic initiatives and product readiness. In this client-facing role, you will report to the ASEAN Treasury Services Product Head who is based in Singapore.

Job responsibilities:
Support the Payments Heads in analyzing market and competitor trends to identify wallet share and product positioning opportunities. Manage the life-cycle of Treasury Products with focus on payments, receivables and liquidity optimization solutions. Lead/co-lead the development of new products, risk assessment and client solutioning along with regional Product teams and partners from Sales, Technology, Operations, Service, Implementation, Controls, Legal and Compliance. The development would include business requirement assessment, prioritizing investment asks, and also include end-to-end responsibility of ready to launch activities such as client communication, marketing materials, operational readiness, service model and internal training. Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to partners by providing subject matter expertise, resolving service issues and designing bespoke product asks. Where appropriate, represent the bank in industry working groups and events. Ensure compliance with external regulations, internal policies and frameworks, and industry changes.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Banking, Finance or a related discipline3 to 5 years of banking experience in Cash Management Product Strong understanding of cash management trends, technology evolvement and industry changesDemonstrated independence and self-starter qualities with a client-first mindsetProven track record in translating product vision into design requirements and ultimate execution of product/ solutions along with successful go-to market launchDemonstrated leadership or project management experience with multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Sales Operations and Technology Excellent communication and project management skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency or familiarity in RPA, Agile project and Data Visualization tools would be an added bonus. onus.
