The Commercial & Investment Banking team serves the Commercial Banking Commercial Real Estate client segment targeting clients in the $20-$500MM revenue space.

In this role you will maintain and develop trusted relationships with the MMBSI executive leadership team. As a Sales Leader you will develop partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams. Additionally, you will develop and execute a localized-to-market and product strategy, while leading and managing key client pursuits and relationships..

Job Responsibilities 

Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, account schematics, pulling account analysis statementsInitiate implementation requests for new business with new clients including owning the process for simple implementations and joining weekly implementation calls for complex implementationsCoordinate with client service and implementation; provide day to day oversight of implementations and client change requestsSubmit billing information, including billing adjustmentsSupport ad-hoc requests (billing inquiries, list inquiries, mailing lists)Provide change readiness support, including creation of pitch material on ad-hoc basisParticipate in process improvement initiatives designed to improve workflow resulting in an enhanced client experience

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong interest in working with experienced Treasury partners in order to recognize a client's cash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutionsDemonstrates the ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and proceduresAbility to develop into an individual contributor salespersonSuperior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resourcesTime management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
