As a Treasury Services Support Associate within the Commercial Bank Payment Services organization, you will be responsible for contributing to new sales targets and to the achievement of portfolio growth objectives through the successful submission of high quality implementation requests. You will provide support to Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) for initiating implementations, ensuring correct billing, guaranteeing proper internal controls and policies are followed. Overtime you will develop working knowledge of Treasury Services products and skills over time for a successful career within many other Treasury Management functions, Implementations, Product, Risk and Controls, and/or Client Service.
Job responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise, confirm scope, products, and servicesInitiate implementation requests for new business with clientsOwn process for simple implementationsJoin initial implementation calls for complex implementations to ensure accuracy of requestCoordinate with Sales and implementation regarding potential client change requestsSubmit billing information; including billing adjustmentsSupport ad-hoc requests (e.g., billing inquiries)Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to improve workflow resulting in an enhanced client experienceApply required control proceduresRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's Degree Demonstrates the ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and proceduresSuperior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resourcesTime management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and superior analytical and quantitative skills
