**Job Description:**
The Treasury Data Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports the Payment Strategy Office (PSO). This role leads initiatives that drive critical projects and analytics efforts, enabling high-impact organizational changes through strategic project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
The Treasury Data Manager develops dashboards, reports, and analyses that translate business requirements into logical data models, supporting informed decision-making across the organization. Additionally, this position contributes to overall project planning for PSO initiatives, including deployment strategies, implementation rollouts, business requirements development, and user acceptance testing. This role will support project reporting and analysis for PSO initiatives and other ad hoc reporting requests from senior level leadership.
**RESPONSIBILTIES**
+ Lead the development and maintenance of reports and analytical tools, ensuring ongoing data quality monitoring and refinement.
+ Build dashboards to track usage, support product decisions, and translate data insights into visualizations.
+ Identify and resolve data errors and inconsistencies in a timely manner.
+ Collect and prepare data for analysis by creating SQL queries, Excel templates, and Power BI tools to enhance the efficiency of complex analytics.
+ Design and develop analytical tools for the PSO and establish tracking mechanisms for payment initiatives.
+ Research business trends and collaborate with other teams to identify root causes, gain insights, validate assumptions, and make recommendations.
+ Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define timelines.
+ Develop and manage specialists within the department.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree or internationally comparable qualification.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and SQL.
+ Demonstrated understanding of advanced analytics principles.
**Preferences**
+ Knowledge of accounting theory and principles.
+ Familiarity with database design concepts.
+ Project management skills or certification.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. **The base pay for this position ranges from $95,400/year to $176,820/year** . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
