Financial Control and Reporting

Ensure accurate booking of financing transactions and interest accrualsPrepare monthly and quarterly reports on cash flow, loan portfolio, and financial performance for Group TreasurySupport statutory audits and regulatory filings

Intercompany Loan Pricing and Transfer Pricing Compliance

Periodically review and update loan pricing methodologies to remain compliant with OECD and local tax regulationsSet and review intercompany loan interest rates in line with transfer pricing guidelines and market benchmarks

Supportive Tasks

Support the Head of Treasury in the execution of treasury-related projects, including process enhancements, system implementations, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and controlAssist in driving treasury transformation initiatives through data analysis, process mapping, and coordination with cross-functional teamsLiaise with Group Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams on financing structure, documentation, and costs
