Treasury Management Senior Manager

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop teams responsible for complex analytics on components of companywide key treasury finance metricsOversee the monitoring and evaluation of global market conditions, funding, asset and liability management, liquidity risk management, capital management, financial performance management, capital, and related activitiesLead all aspects of a critical treasury finance functionEnsure deliverables are completed and compliant with various treasury risk management regulatory requirementsLead implementation of complex projects and initiativesLead team to achieve objectivesInteract with leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the businessRecommend and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including leadersInterface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forumsParticipate in industry and peer groups to influence the standard setting processManage allocation of people and financial resources for TreasuryDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams

In-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and consulting practices

Demonstrated ability to set strategic priorities and drive initiatives to completion

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence internal partners, peers, and external clients

Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership

Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing risk control measures

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex issues and recommend effective solutions

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Treasury Professional - CTP) are a plus


Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule 

Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time

This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
