We are seeking a Treasury Associate who will play a crucial role in executing various Treasury tasks and activities. This position involves handling disbursements, processing Treasury requests, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
ResponsibilitiesExecute approved disbursements by transferring funds between company accounts and clients using Wires/ACH transactions.Process Treasury requests, including stop payments, recall/rejects, and positive pay exception processing.Research and resolve inquiries related to Treasury operations with internal partners.Follow corporate policies and procedures, including SOX compliance, to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.Monitor and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Essential SkillsProficiency in Treasury operations, including wire transfer, payment posting, and funds transfer.Experience with stop payments, Journal Entry, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable.Strong research and problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries related to Treasury operations.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma.Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
