Travelling PA/Butler – London based with travel

A highly professional travelling PA / Butler is sought for an established international family with a principal residence in Kensington and additional homes in Boston, the South of France and Italy.

This role operates in partnership with a second travelling PA / Butler, ensuring seamless service across properties while maintaining a balanced and sustainable rota for both parties. The household is exceptionally well-run, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, teamwork and long-term staff retention.

Core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. However, flexibility is essential during travel periods and when the family are entertaining.

Please note: accommodation is not provided in London. Accommodation will be provided when travelling.

Job specification:

Travelling with the family for approximately 100–120 days per year outside of the UK (typically in two-week stints, with schedules provided 1–2 months in advance) Managing day-to-day logistics and on-the-ground coordination Preparing properties in advance of family arrivals Stocking residences and overseeing household inventories Running personal and household errands Managing and tracking expenses Liaising with the family office, private aviation team and external contractors Coordinating with household staff across multiple international properties Providing light meal and beverage service when required Packing and unpacking luggage Assist with housekeeping duties where needed

Candidate specification:

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable Confident driver (essential) Comfortable with light service and hands-on support Highly organised with strong logistical coordination skills Flexible with travel days and hours, be open travelling up to 120 days per year French speaking is a bonus but not essential Team player with a calm, adaptable approach
