Traveling Superintendent Details:

Direct Hire position$60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftFollows the construction process to ensure that it is completed in timeBeing on site to oversee all the construction process; Supervises employees, the subcontractors and ensures that they are punctual and that they deliver, and a general inspection of the workers and their performance and safetyEnsuring that the budget is followed and maintained in terms of purchases and wages, and the quality is preserved in the construction process.General inspection of the workers and their performance and safetyCoordinate with employees, onsite client employees, client representatives and government inspectors on the standard requirements of the site in terms of licenses and safety. Ensuring that the health and safety project plans are implemented and that the stipulated safety rules and regulations are metDaily field reports and pictures as required by the clientClose out punch list and final inspectionsDe-mobilization from the site

Traveling Superintendent Qualifications:

Construction Management degree or minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience. Management experience a plusMust be willing to travel all year on a weekly basis. Weekends Home!Open Remodel / Retail experience preferredMust be comfortable working as part of a diverse team, which includes construction and non-construction personnelBe an excellent communicator and well organizedBe a leader that does the right thing, regardless of who is watchingComputer literateValid Driver license
