Job Title: Construction SuperintendentJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of a new quick-service restaurant in La Porte, IN. This role requires managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality execution, maintaining the project schedule, and acting as the primary on-site leader. This position is ideal for individuals with strong experience in QSR or retail restaurant construction and proficiency in Procore. There is an opportunity for additional projects upon successful completion.

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the entire construction site operations.Ensure quality execution of the project from start to finish.Maintain the project schedule and ensure timely completion.Act as the primary on-site leader, coordinating with all involved parties.Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure smooth operations.Coordinate MEP systems and ensure their integration into the project.Essential SkillsPrevious experience building QSR restaurants such as Taco John’s, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Burger King, or Culver’s.Proficiency in Procore for documentation and communication.3–5+ years of on-site supervision experience in commercial or restaurant construction.Strong understanding of ground-up construction processes and fast-paced schedules.Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certificationExperience with commercial construction and retail projectsWork Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of La Porte, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
