Job Title: Traveling Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Superintendent responsible for planning the execution phase of various projects. The role involves working closely with the operational team to develop comprehensive project plans. Responsibilities + Develop a project plan for the assigned phase of work. + Prepare the team to execute projects using defined planning processes. + Ensure project execution goals are met for the assigned portion of work. + Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the phase of work. Essential Skills + Experience in concrete and commercial construction. + 4+ years of experience with a self-performing General Contractor or Concrete Contractor. + Self-perform concrete experience is required. + Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects.
