Job Title: Traveling Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Superintendent responsible for planning the execution phase of various projects. The role involves working closely with the operational team to develop comprehensive project plans.

Responsibilities

Develop a project plan for the assigned phase of work.Prepare the team to execute projects using defined planning processes.Ensure project execution goals are met for the assigned portion of work.Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the phase of work.

Essential Skills

Experience in concrete and commercial construction.4+ years of experience with a self-performing General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.Self-perform concrete experience is required.Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects.

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Willing to pay relocation, get truck allowance, phone allowance. Pay for all travel and lodging.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.
