Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee quick restaurant remodels, with projects ranging from 1 to 8 weeks in duration. This role requires traveling to various locations to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage restaurant remodel projects from start to finish.Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality craftsmanship according to project drawings.Ensure all project activities adhere to safety and quality standards.Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years experience as a superintendent.Proficient in remodeling and site management.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong ability to manage project timelines and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various subcontractors.Work Environment
This role involves traveling to different locations to manage site-specific projects. The Superintendent will work closely with subcontractors in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
