Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated laborer to join a full-service concrete company that specializes in foundation, flatwork, and decorative work. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical labor tasks efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesStart work around 6 am and continue until completion, typically between 4 pm-6 pm.Meet at the shop in Olathe at the start of the day, then carpool to various job sites.Participate in orientation on the first day, which may not include a full shift.Perform general labor tasks and operate hand and power tools.Assist in concrete work and foundation preparation.Essential Skills1-2 years of previous experience in a construction general laborer role.Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in operating forklifts, gradalls, or other lifts is a plus.Knowledge of blueprint reading.OSHA 10 certification.Gyp-crete experience.Equipment operating skills.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
