Traveling Heavy Equipment Operator
**_Heavy Equipment Operator- Weekly Pay- Per Diem_** **_Location: Lebanon, Indiana_** **_Pay: Up to $35/hour_** **_Hours: Monday-Saturday_** _Join our team to operate Heavy Equipment for large earthmoving projects. This role focuses on commercial work, primarily operating on standard earth terrain and open farmland._ **_Responsibilities:_** + _Operate Heavy Equipment to achieve final grade on commercial projects._ + _Handle large earthmoving tasks on sites ranging from 200,000 to 20 million yards of dirt._ + _Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise grading._ + _Maintain communication and awareness of surroundings to ensure safety and efficiency._ **_Essential Skills:_** + _3+ years of experience operating Heavy Equipment in a Finish capacity_ + _Ability to operate on mass grading sites for commercial projects._ + _Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints._ **_Additional Skills & Qualifications:_** + _Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory._ + _Capability to be insured to operate company vehicles is advantageous._ + _Experience with Trimble and Topcon GPS systems is beneficial._ **_Why Work Here?_** _This role offers competitive compensation including a per diem and mileage reimbursement. A professional appearance and behavior are expected in line with the site code of conduct._ **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
