Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Operators – Nationwide Travel Required

We are seeking experienced and dependable Scraper, Dozer, Tractor, and Blade/Motor Grader Operators for upcoming large-scale commercial earthmoving projects in New Mexico and Indiana.

Start dates begin the 1st and 2nd week of October, and we are looking for individuals who are willing and able to travel nationwide as project needs arise.

Locations: New Mexico & Indiana

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturdays as needed)

Position Details

Scraper Operators

•\tMinimum 3+ years of experience on commercial mass grading sites.

•\tOperate MTS 3630 Wheeled or Track Scrapers, MTS 745 with pan, CAT 627, or CAT 637.

•\tAll work is rough grading (not finish).

•\tFamiliarity with Paddle Wheel scrapers? Let us know if you're a finisher, this is a highly valued skillset!

•\tMust be comfortable with the rough ride nature of these machines.

•\tUnderstand scraper components: Tractor, Apron, Scraper, Bowl, and Ejector (collectively known as the “Wagon”).

Finish Dozer Operators

•\tSkilled in using GPS to bring land to final grade.

•\tExperience working on rocky and standard earth terrain.

•\tAll work is commercial and part of large earthmoving projects.

Utility Tractor Operators

•\tOperate Fendt wheeled tractors pulling:

•\tSheeps Foot Rollers (typically follow Dozers)

•\tDiscs (follow Dozers)

•\tBox Blades (work with Motor Grader Operators on haul roads or as needed)

•\tResponsible for daily pre- and post-inspections and reporting issues to management.

•\tExperience working in cut, fill, or haul road environments is a plus.

•\tBe prepared to answer:

•\tWhat equipment did you follow while operating the tractor?

•\tHave you worked in the cut, fill, or haul road?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
