You'll be the face of Prima Power, delivering expert service and training to our valued customers. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform system-level troubleshooting and on-site repairs + Dismantle and rebuild machines mechanically and electrically + Set up high-power Ytterbium Fiber Lasers and verify beam alignment + Perform software updates on HMI, PLC, and CNC systems + Interpret schematics and block diagrams for diagnostics + Monitor and optimize laser system performance + Train customers on equipment use and maintenance + Document service issues and resolutions in detail **What You Bring** + Associate degree in Lasers, Electronics, Robotics, or Manufacturing (required);Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science (preferred) + Minimum 3 years of experience with CNC-controlled manufacturing equipment (laser experience preferred) + Proficiency in electrical measurement tools (e.g., voltmeter, oscilloscope) + Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems + Ability to read schematics and diagnose software issues + Familiarity with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office + Experience with AC/DC circuits, servo controls, sensors, and PLCs + Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills + High-level understanding of safety protocols related to electrical and laser systems **Additional Requirements** + Valid driver's license and REAL ID (required by May 2025) + Willingness to travel 100% of the time + Strong communication skills for customer interaction and training + Ability to interpret technical documents and solve practical problems _Prima Power is an equal opportunity employer.
