Traveling Construction Superintendent

$75,000–$120,000 DOE | Hotels Paid + Mileage

Start: February 22, 2026 | 3‑Year Contract

Aerotek is hiring a hands‑on Traveling Construction Superintendent to support equipment installs and site operations on agricultural facility projects. This role is for someone who works in the field, stays close to the crews, and leads by doing—not a desk‑based PM.

What You’ll Do

Work directly on active construction sitesCoordinate equipment delivery and installationLead subcontractors in the field (electricians, installers, labor crews)Troubleshoot issues on-site and keep work movingManage daily schedules and final inspections

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
