We’re hiring Construction Laborers for a leading geo‑technical contractor that designs and installs specialty foundation elements and performs specialty ground improvement. This is field work on civil, commercial, and industrial projects. You’ll travel across the U.S., especially the Rocky Mountain region, Kansas, North Dakota through Texas, and sometimes Louisiana.
Must‑Haves
Must live within 75 miles of their shop in Salt Lake City. Valid U.S. driver’s licenseReliable personal vehicle you can use for travelWilling and able to travel nationwide (projects are typically 1–2 months long)Comfortable working outdoors in all weatherAble to lift 75+ lbs1+ year experience in general construction, agriculture, dirt work, concrete, or landscapingBig plus: Can operate heavy equipment.What You’ll Do
General site cleanup and housekeepingDig trenches, move hoses, and spot equipmentCompact soils and perform shovel workMove drill piping, clean equipment, and assist the drill crewLight rebar work and mount wood lagging boardsSupport earth retention work (molds/sculpting that hold back slopes)Schedule
Most jobs run 5–6 days/week, about 10 hours/day (50 hours/week average)10% night work when requiredDays start with a safety orientation, then tasks are assigned by the superintendentTravel & Perks
