Job Description
As a Traveling Construction Laborer, you will operate heavy machinery and drive vehicles across state highways and interstates. Your role involves performing vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance while communicating effectively with your team for smooth daily operations. Once trained, you will work independently with minimal supervision and occasionally interact with inspectors, engineers, and DOT personnel. Safety is paramount, and you will prioritize it by adhering to job-specific protocols and wearing necessary PPE.

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily outside on highways, involving extensive travel across the U.S. with overnight stays. Employees must be able to work long shifts ranging from 8 to 14 hours a day, and adapt to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
