Department/Unit Overview:

10 Bed Unit on the 2nd floor of the Sentara Heart HospitalPatient population includes:  Cardiac patients (not surgical), pulmonary hypertension, heart attacks, heart failure, sepsis, and this unit is the MRT for the Heart Hospital.

Education

Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required

Certification/Licensure

Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standingBasic Life Support (BLS)ACLSNIH Stroke Scale

Experience

Must have 2 or more years of recent acute care ICU hospital RN experience
