Travel and Transportation Manager
Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicles, is seeking a Travel and Transportation Manager to join their team. As a Travel and Transportation Manager, you will be part of the Professional Services Procurement team supporting the organization’s travel and transportation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent relationship-building abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Travel and Transportation Manager **Location:** Foster City, CA - Fully Onsite **Pay Range:** $55-58 per hour **What's the Job?** + Own the global corporate travel and ground transportation program, including policy development and process improvements. + Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance and compliance with contractual obligations. + Develop and manage the annual travel and transportation program budget. + Support the selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of travel-related tools. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. **What's Needed?** + 8-10 years of relevant experience in corporate travel, transportation, or indirect procurement. + Proven experience managing global travel or mobility programs in a fast-paced environment. (preferably in tech) + Strong supplier management and contract negotiation skills. + Hands-on experience with travel and expense platforms. + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across various levels and functions. + Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Hospitality Management, or related field.
