Transportation Operations Intern

Part-time position

Start date: 1st June 2026

Location: San Martin Obispo
Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.

Duration: 12-18 months

Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from $9,000 mxn to $18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

About the Role:

As a Transportation Operation Intern, you will play a crucial role in innovating and automating transportation processes. You will conduct systemic gap analyses in dedicated fleet operations, perform capacity analysis, and develop plans to enhance efficiency. Your work will involve identifying, mapping, and eliminating gaps, standardizing processes, and leading cost/service projects.

Some of Your Tasks Will Be:

Conduct innovation and automation processes in various transportation modes.

Perform systemic GAP analysis to identify inefficiencies in dedicated fleet operations.

Analyze capacity and develop strategic plans for improvement.

Identify, map, and eliminate operational gaps while standardizing processes.

Lead cost/service projects aimed at enhancing logistics efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Job Qualifications

Live in Estado de México and/or willing to work in our Distribution Center at San Martin Obispo, Cuautitlán Izcalli

Graduation date must be between June 2027 and December 2027

English Advanced (will be evaluated).

Proficiency in data engineering and AI engineering tools

Familiarity with logistics and transportation management systems

Basic understanding of end-to-end synchronization processes

Display strong leadership, teamwork, analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.

Real passion for building new solutions.

Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility.
