Your work helps maintain service standards and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: **Transportation Coordination & Execution:** + Coordinate outbound and backhaul freight assignments to support transportation operations + Maximize truck utilization while supporting cost control efforts + Conduct tracking and tracing of deliveries and transportation equipment + Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with delivery protocols **Data Accuracy & Documentation:** + Perform accurate data entry across transportation systems + Ensure accuracy of carrier invoicing within transportation systems + Support claims processes and maintain proper documentation for credits **Operational Support & Compliance:** + Analyze operational trends and assist with process improvement efforts + Follow safety procedures and promote a clean, organized work environment + Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned **Your Required Skills and Experience:** + High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred + 3–5 years of customer service experience preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint + Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing + Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality + Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, walking, standing, climbing, stooping, and kneeling + Willingness to work shift hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed **Preferred Requirements:** + Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver hours-of-service requirements + Experience working with transportation or logistics systems **Your Perks and Benefits:** We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
