Our client, **a leading retail logistics and supply chain organization** , is seeking a **Transportation Logistics Analyst** to join their team. As a **Transportation Logistics Analyst** , you will be part of the **Transportation Operations Department** supporting **Carrier Management and Reporting Teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical skills** , **excellent communication abilities** , and **the ability to multitask effectively** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Transportation Logistics Analyst
**Location:** Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week (semi‑local candidates required) - San Jose, CA
**Pay Range:** To be discussed
**What’s the Job?**
+ Extract, manipulate, and analyze transportation data from OTM, Tableau, and Power BI
+ Monitor transportation systems for exceptions and resolve issues proactively
+ Create recurring and ad hoc transportation performance reports
+ Communicate with parcel carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve concerns
+ Support visibility and performance tracking across transportation operations
**What’s Needed?**
+ Experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics
+ Working knowledge of Excel (including VLOOKUP and basic functions)
+ Familiarity with parcel carriers (UPS, CEVA, etc.)
+ Ability to monitor systems and analyze transportation data
+ Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
