What this job involves:
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position providing wayfinding assistance and general transportation information while supporting interior campus lot operations for a high-volume corporate shuttle system serving 20,000 Boeing employees daily. Working primarily outdoors (~70% of time), specialists assist with crowd control, traffic flow, and customer service while supporting Transportation Field Supervisors and Customer Service Leads. The role operates within a 24/7 transportation network requiring adaptability and strong customer service skills.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Working with transportation leadership to maintain optimal service levels in the fieldAssisting with crowd control and directing traffic flow in interior campus parking areasProviding excellent customer service to Boeing employees and visitors using shuttle servicesSupporting Transportation Field Supervisors with daily operational tasksReporting operational issues and safety concerns through proper channelsMaintaining clean and organized service areasCommunicating effectively with team members and other vendors on-siteAdapting to varying shift demands and operational prioritiesRequired Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service experienceDrivers licenseComfort working outdoors in various weather conditions for majority of shiftStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-traffic, fast-paced environmentsFlexibility to work across different shifts as neededPhysical ability to stand, walk, and direct traffic for extended periodsReliable attendance and punctuality for 24/7 operationsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in transportation, parking, or crowd management rolesBackground working in corporate campus or large facility environmentsFamiliarity with safety and incident reporting proceduresBilingual communication abilitiesShifts:
7am – 3:30pm3pm – 11:30pm11pm – 7:30amCompensation: $22-23/hour + shift differential where applicable
Shift differentials available for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts. Flexibility required to cover shifts as operational needs dictate.
