Job Description Join our corporate headquarters as a Transportation Coordinator, a vital role in managing outbound and inbound calls for recruitment, rate negotiation, and document verification. You will play a key part in maintaining the required number of Tow vendors at each branch and ensuring accurate internal reporting. Responsibilities + Manage outbound and inbound calls from Tow vendors. + Verify qualification documents and equipment details. + Negotiate rates and update information into a transportation management system. + Conduct case management and lead follow-ups. + Initiate and complete assigned branch requests. + Coordinate on-site interviews, create meeting itineraries, and schedule performance meetings. + Develop and maintain professional relationships with Towers. + Send deployment, release, and declination communications to towers. + Perform special projects as requested. + Handle administrative tasks including Tow Zone Rate Requests and saving Tow Rate History. + Review all qualifying documents and submit them for management approval. + Verify proper implementation of rates in MTC. + Draft Liability Waivers and confirm Penny Test Confirmations. + Review COI to ensure it conforms to company standards. Essential Skills + Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. + Excellent phone and written communication skills. + Strong time management abilities. + Capability to work well both independently and as part of a team. + Professional and clean appearance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degrees preferred. + Equivalent of 3-5 years’ work experience accepted. + Previous customer experience, excluding call center roles. + Bilingual communication skills preferred Work Environment Work in a state-of-the-art building with an on-site Starbucks and café. The office occupies three floors in Tower 2, providing a new, dynamic environment for the transportation team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
