Transportation Associate Apply now » Date: Dec 27, 2025 Location: Lewisberry, PA, US, 17339 Company: Dorman Products Job Summary The Transportation Associate is responsible for the transportation of materials, vehicle operation/inspection, and other duties. Primary Duties + Transporting materials to and from facilities + Load/unload truck + Inspect truck and follow all safety protocols for vehicle inspection + Learn & follow detailed work instructions + Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties that may be outside of assigned priorities listed below + Operate forklift to load and unload parts off trucks + Use tow motor and identify core locations + Pulls pick ticket orders + Identify and sort incoming product and takes bins from sorting stations and scans to appropriate locations + Store parts in designated location + Pull parts needed for production and ship to main plant + Enter data into and review information in CMS as needed + Participate in various improvement activities + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + Valid PA Driver’s License + Previous experience driving a box truck + Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with coworkers + Ability to work as a team member + Proficient in CMS + Must be able to obtain forklift license + Must have basic computer/data entry skills + Ability to stand all day, stoop & bend and lift up to 50 lbs. + Must have clean driving record for past three years & pass DOT drug screen if assigned to drive box truck + Commitment to meeting production demands and quality requirements + Understand Customer requirements as they relate to their job function + Ability to identify and address and/or communicate any potential non-conformances + Ability to get to work on time with minimal absences + Working Conditions: Noise level is usually moderate.
