Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Specialized Operations & Administration

Oversee the administration of transport systems and tools, ensuring effective integration, issue resolution, and accurate data management.Coordinate and oversee delivery schedules and end-to-end transport capacity, ensuring efficient planning and execution.Administer transport contracts, ensuring validity, preparing agreements, supporting negotiations, and collaborating with legal and commercial teams.Support assigned commercial activities, contributing with operational reviews and local expertise to align operations with strategic priorities

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance and to optimize service-levels and processes efficiency

Process & Workflow Optimization

Lead and support transport projects, implementing solutions, enhancing workflows, and addressing operational challenges.Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support their successful implementation.

Performance Analysis & Decision Support

Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to internal departments, ensuring clarity and alignment with regional objectives.

Compensation: Salary range is $76,144 - $85,622 annually**
