Job Description The Transport Driver is responsible for transporting finished goods from the Production Center to Distribution Centers in a professional, compliant, safe and timely manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Transport finished goods and raw materials between facilities + Load and unload finished goods and raw materials using a forklift or pallet jack + Check accuracy and stability of the load + Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections + Operate industrial vehicles and equipment + Connect and disconnect trailers + Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading and other paperwork as required + Maintain vehicle, product, equipment and other company property to company standards + Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures Job Requirements + Class A Commercial Driver’s License & Clean MVR Required + High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred + 1-3 years of general work experience required + 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred + Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance Benefits & Perks Eligible employees may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, scholarship opportunities, and more. *Benefits eligibility and offerings may vary based on position, location, employment type, and union governance.
