Lithia Ford of Fresno is seeking an experienced, Ford-certified Transmission Technician to join our high-volume, well-equipped service department. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair Ford automatic and manual transmission systemsPerform transmission rebuilds, replacements, and warranty repairsAccurately document repairs and diagnostics in accordance with Ford and dealership standardsUtilize Ford diagnostic tools and service informationMaintain productivity, efficiency, and quality workmanshipFollow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelinesWork collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians

Requirements:

Current Ford certification in Transmission Repair (required)Minimum 3–5 years of transmission repair experienceStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAbility to perform heavy mechanical repairsValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordCommitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfactionASE certifications a plus
