**Transloader / Material Handler – Hazardous Waste Processing Facility** A fully permitted hazardous-waste treatment, storage, and recycling facility in Henderson, CO is seeking a dependable Transloader / Material Handler to support daily operations. This role involves physical labor, outdoor work, and consistent interaction with drums, totes, and various waste streams. It offers long-term stability and a clear advancement path within a growing industrial sector. **About the Facility** This site operates under a RCRA Part B Hazardous Waste Permit and processes both solid and liquid waste from industrial and residential sources. Operations include solvent recycling, fuels blending, and the storage and processing of hazardous waste. Incoming materials may include solvents, inorganic solids, household chemicals, paints, electronics, batteries, automotive fluids, propane cylinders, and similar items. **Responsibilities** + Assist with receiving incoming waste materials + Decontaminate empty drums, totes, and containers + Create and complete manifest forms for material tracking + Perform manual labor including cleaning and decontamination + Load and unload containers such as totes, drums, tankers, and trailers + Decontaminate and dispose of empty drums and containers in accordance with RCRA and disposal guidelines **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED + At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, transloading, oil and gas, or airport tarmac operations + Ability to work outdoors in a 24/7 industrial warehouse environment + Comfortable with physical labor and handling various waste materials + Computer literate and able to use Gmail and Teams without assistance **Schedule and Work Environment** + Outdoor industrial warehouse setting + Training period: Day shift for 3–6 months + Regular shift: Third shift, 6 PM–4 AM + Includes a $2/hour shift differential (not applied during training) **Career Growth** This role offers a structured advancement path: Material Handler I → Material Handler II → Material Handler III → Distillation Technician (Approximately 6 months in each role before testing into the next level.) **Industry Stability** The waste and recycling industry remains consistently in demand, providing long-term job security and opportunities for advancement. **Benefits Upon Direct Hire** + 12 paid holidays + 56 hours of sick time + 3 weeks of accrued vacation **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce City, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
