A fully permitted hazardous-waste treatment, storage, and recycling facility in Henderson, CO is seeking a dependable Transloader / Material Handler to support daily operations. This role involves physical labor, outdoor work, and consistent interaction with drums, totes, and various waste streams. About the Facility
This site operates under a RCRA Part B Hazardous Waste Permit and processes both solid and liquid waste from industrial and residential sources. Operations include solvent recycling, fuels blending, and the storage and processing of hazardous waste. Incoming materials may include solvents, inorganic solids, household chemicals, paints, electronics, batteries, automotive fluids, propane cylinders, and similar items.
Responsibilities
Assist with receiving incoming waste materialsDecontaminate empty drums, totes, and containersCreate and complete manifest forms for material trackingPerform manual labor including cleaning and decontaminationLoad and unload containers such as totes, drums, tankers, and trailersDecontaminate and dispose of empty drums and containers in accordance with RCRA and disposal guidelinesQualifications
High school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, transloading, oil and gas, or airport tarmac operationsAbility to work outdoors in a 24/7 industrial warehouse environmentComfortable with physical labor and handling various waste materialsComputer literate and able to use Gmail and Teams without assistanceSchedule and Work Environment
Outdoor industrial warehouse settingTraining period: Day shift for 3–6 monthsRegular shift: Third shift, 6 PM–4 AMIncludes a $2/hour shift differential (not applied during training)Career Growth
