Job Description

The Sr. Advisor I, Blended Support interfaces with customers via inbound calls/chats/emails, outbound calls/chats/emails, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position requires broad knowledge of client products and/or services to resolve non-standard or escalated customer issues.

As a Translation Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to review and assess the accuracy and quality of translated learning modules. These modules are essential for educating platform users about product updates, policies, and procedures. Your role will involve ensuring that the translations are not only linguistically accurate but also culturally appropriate for the target markets. By conducting thorough reviews and providing constructive feedback to linguists, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the training materials effectively bridge knowledge gaps among users and agents, ultimately enhancing the end-customer experience. 

Review and edit translations of instructor-led and self-led training modules in line with L&D guidelines. 

Ensure translations are clear, accurate, and meet training goals. 

Provide constructive feedback to linguists to improve translation quality. 

Collaborate with other auditors to calibrate errors and enhance processes. 

Communicate with L&D Ops and stakeholders as needed. 

Fluent in English with native-level proficiency in Japanese / Korean or Traditional Chinese. 

Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills. 

Familiarity with Articulate tools like Storyline and Rise 360 is advantageous. 

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. 

Relevant experience in the translation industry or journalism is a plus
