Transition to Service Project Manager

Business agility is critical for our organization. **Purpose:** Ensure all project implementation milestones and deliverables are completed according to methodology and facilitate a seamless transition of clients from implementation to service. Serve as the central coordinator to close outstanding items, verify documentation, and align all stakeholders for a successful handover. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee completion of all implementation deliverables required for service handover. + Act as the main point of contact for transition-related queries between implementation and service teams. + Proactively identify open items and ensure they are addressed—either by supporting resolution directly or coordinating the responsible owner. + Ensure all required client documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered. + Facilitate attendance and engagement of service team members at critical project milestones or meetings. + Maintain a transition checklist, ensuring every requirement is met before handover. + Escalate risks or gaps that could impact client experience post-go-live. + Support the creation and refinement of process documentation to drive continuous improvement in the transition methodology. + Ensure client is ready and trained to move to service. **Key Skills & Qualifications:** + Strong project management and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management. + Attention to detail and commitment to process rigor. + Ability to work cross-functionally and diplomatically. + Experience in implementation, service delivery, or client onboarding is a plus. **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
