At Caring Transitions of Spanaway, we’re a fast-growing, woman-owned company helping seniors and families through major life transitions—relocations, downsizing, home organization, estate sales, home clear-outs, and online auctions.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, hands-on, and making a real difference.

What We Do:Senior relocations, estate sales, and home clear-outsPacking, sorting, and organizing household belongingsRemoving trash and donations from homesIdentifying sellable items vs. donationsPreparing items for our online estate sale auctionsTaking photos of auction items and uploading them to our platform

Qualifications & Skills:High School diploma or equivalent training requiredExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsOutstanding customer service skillsProfessional attitude and demeanorExperience in the fields of general labor or warehouse helpfulGood hand-eye coordinationComfortable working in a fast paced environmentValid driver's license and good driving recordExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsPhysical/Environmental Requirements:Frequent lifting, moving, climbing occasionally, transporting, placing and removing household items for staging, liquidation, donation and resettlingAble to lift up to 40poundsAbility to climb a flight of stairs inside or outside of a private residenceWalking and/or standing in varying weather environments both inside and outside the home in cold and heat with varying weather conditions

Team Leads Needed! We are also hiring Team Leads who can:Lead and direct the team on-siteCommunicate directly with clients in a calm, professional wayHelp prepare schedule and keep the day movingTake ownership of the job and keep standards highLead positions have the potential for full time hours

Schedule & Location:Part-time (hours vary; full-time not guaranteed)Flexible scheduling—we can work around your availabilityTypical shifts: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM, with occasional SaturdaysJob sites across: Spanaway, Eatonville, Roy, Yelm, Rainier, Tenino, Lacey, and OlympiaHome office located in Tenino
