This is a part-time, on-call role supporting senior downsizing projects and online auction prep. What you’ll do + Sort, organize, and pack household items for move prep, donation, disposal, and auction + Help set up online auction items (photograph items, write simple descriptions — we’ll train you) + Assist with light cleaning, staging, labeling, and “making sense of the chaos” + Support auction pickup days and basic customer interactions + Follow clear checklists, safety guidelines, and respectful professionalism in clients’ homes Important note We are not movers . We use professional movers for heavy furniture and large items. You should be comfortable lifting/carrying up to ~25 lbs, climbing stairs, and being on your feet. Scheduling (read this part) This role is as-needed/on-call to start — meaning no guaranteed hours at first because workload varies week to week.
