Gilbane is seeking a Transition Consultant II to be responsible for the planning, implementation and tactical execution of all project activities on a transition project, either individually or through supervision of less senior project staff. Transition Project Manager II’s may also bring a specific technical expertise, developed through “real time” project management experience required to perform a specific task order or project. This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc.

BS or MS degree in related field5-7 years of project management or specialized experienceOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint, Project, Access, and Visio)Excellent listening skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsConstruction document and drawing literate with knowledge of all phases of constructionKnowledge of BIM360, CADD, BluebeamDetailed knowledge of at least one TPM market sector, such as healthcare, government/military, research and development/laboratory, or higher educationAbility to travel and flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
For Sacramento and Concord, CA this ranges from $80,000.00-$115,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
