Transformation Associate

The Opportunity

The Transformation Associate will execute specific transformation projects to support JLL's Strategy 2030, reporting to the Global Head of Transformation or Transformation Program Manager. This role is responsible for managing individual project workstreams within larger transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery of project objectives, timelines, and outcomes that contribute to enterprise-wide strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Manage end-to-end execution of transformation projects within the Strategy 2030 frameworkDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for assigned initiativesExecute specific workstreams within the 3-5 strategic big bet transformation programsCoordinate project activities across business lines (Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, REMS) and functionsEnsure project deliverables align with program objectives and strategic priorities

Project Operations & Delivery

Track project milestones, dependencies, and critical path activitiesManage project scope, timeline, and resource allocation to meet committed deliverablesFacilitate project team meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder reviewsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integrationDrive issue resolution and escalate roadblocks to program leadership as needed

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

Maintain regular communication with project sponsors and key stakeholdersPrepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updatesFacilitate change management activities to drive project adoption and implementationCoordinate with business line project leads and functional subject matter expertsSupport vendor management and external consultant coordination as required

Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance

Monitor project KPIs, success metrics, and milestone achievementTrack project ROI and business value delivery against established targetsConduct quality assurance reviews of project deliverables and outcomesDocument lessons learned and contribute to transformation office knowledge baseSupport continuous improvement of project management processes and toolsStructure and organize project tasks, deliverables, and timelines independentlyCreate and execute detailed project plans with clear goals and expected outcomesManage project activities autonomously while maintaining program alignment

Communication & Collaboration

Communicate project status effectively to team members and stakeholders at all levelsFacilitate productive project meetings and decision-making processesCollaborate across time zones using digital productivity and communication toolsPresent project information in clear, structured formats for various audiences

Time & Task Management

Manage multiple project workstreams and competing priorities simultaneouslyEnsure all project deliverables are completed efficiently and meet quality standardsAdapt project approach to meet changing business needs and requirementsProvide and receive feedback to ensure project success and personal development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or project management credentials preferred3-5 years of project management experience with 2+ years in transformation or change initiativesExperience in professional services, real estate, or related industries preferredProven track record delivering projects in complex, matrix organizational environmentsStrong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities, particularly Project, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with project management software tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project)Basic financial analysis and budget tracking capabilitiesUnderstanding of change management principles and implementation practicesStrong organizational and planning skills with attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectationsProven success coordinating cross-functional teams and activitiesExperience managing project timelines, dependencies, and resource constraintsRisk identification and mitigation planning capabilities

Location

This position requires working from our Chicago or New York HQ offices at least 3 days per week.

Estimated compensation for this position:

123,200.00 – 169,400.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
