**Job Title: Transfers/Holds Associate** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Transfers/Holds Associate, where you will be an essential part of our operation, handling customer returns and overstock products through online auctions. Your primary responsibility will be serving customers who pick up merchandise from warehouses outside their home location. **Responsibilities** + Transfer products in and out using scanners and proprietary software. + Pull products off the shelves and place them in the appropriate location. + Operate pallet jacks and other equipment to maintain safe and efficient warehouse flow. + Maintain a clean work area. + Perform other tasks as assigned by management. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Proficient in using scan guns and working in a distribution center. + Ability to unload trucks and handle warehouse shipping and production tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday for 8 hours with a half-hour lunch break. + Ability to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with team assistance. + Capability to follow written directions and adhere to company policies. + Tech-savvy and highly organized. + Detail-oriented and customer-focused. + Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and inclusive work culture that values teamwork and encourages personal growth.
