As a Vice President on the TA Ops team, you will oversee critical operations, manage high-profile client relationships, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML standards. You will collaborate with senior leaders across various teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the Transfer Agency is “Audit Ready” at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely processing of Fund and Investor level activities. Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients, managing complex inquiries. Oversee completeness reviews related to investor or fund activity/changes. Direct the production and review of client and investor level reporting. Lead ad-hoc reporting, including board reports and audit requests. Manage the final signoff process for investor transactions and resolve documentation issues. Champion established processes and lead initiatives to improve accuracy and mitigate risk.
