Transactional Conflicts Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Transactional Conflicts Consultant who will partner closely with Investment Banking, Legal, and Risk stakeholders to identify, assess, and address potential conflicts across global entities. Success in this role requires sound independent judgment, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders while operating in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.


In this role, you will:

Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for progress within transactions and processingEvaluate tasks or processesExercise independent judgment to guide deliverables with potential riskPresent recommendations for resolving complex issuesExercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the required processes of transactions and processingCollaborate and consult with stakeholders, including customers


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience directly in M&A or Conflicts or Legal supporting Investment Banking (including M&A)Must have the ability to chart and analyze the relationship among multiple global entities and identify possible conflict issuesMust have the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with senior bankers and the Firm's senior management in a clear, precise and efficient manner and offer sound independent judgmentMust have the confidence/fortitude to probe across the spectrum of stakeholders to ensure end analysis is completeAbility to operate in fast paced, dynamic work environment with high sense of urgency in getting results and resolving open issues.Strong sense of discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential informationDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsProactive and self-motivatedAbility to work in close coordination with others as part of a small team

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$82,000.00 - $125,000.00
