Job Description
Provide legal representation to homeowner association clients Draft and review contracts, easement agreements, governing documents, rules, licenses, and opinion letters Analyze statutes, case law, real estate documents, insurance policies, and corporate governance materials Perform legal research and issue well-founded legal opinions Attend board and annual meetings, including some evenings Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and in-person Participate in client education and business development efforts Handle real estate, nonprofit, employment law, fair housing, and contract-related issues Maintain accurate records and billing timeQualifications
Active license to practice law in Colorado 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate law, nonprofit, corporate governance, contracts, employment, or torts Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients with no legal background Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools Familiarity with legal billing and case management software a plusWhy This Is a Great Opportunity
