**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Transaction Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining leases. This includes resolving client operational and payment related issues.
This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure the payments of rent and property taxes are paid in a timely manner.
+ Assist with the transition of new and existing accounts. Solve critical client issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc.
+ Assist with the preparation of reports.
+ Help perform quality control review of administered leases. Correct any verifications and updates to meet required lease related compliance and reporting.
+ Gather and review data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
+ Assess and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
+ Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
+ Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
+ Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
+ Must obtain Colorado Real Estate License
+ A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
+ Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Complex math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Specialist position is $55,000 annually [or $26.45 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Transaction Specialist position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
