Transaction Quality Assurance Analyst
**Job Description** + Research requirements, provide accurate and timely quality evaluation of lifeapplications, renewals, or cancellations by utilizing the Company’s policies, guidelines,medical, non-medical and financial factors and determine appropriate quality controls + Operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. + Provide superior customer service to the distribution channels + Contribute to the building and maintaining of strong relationships within the organization + Maintain an awareness of changing practices and regulations + Work on related projects as assigned Requirements + Bachelor's degree preferred + 3+ years’ experience in a production-oriented environment + 3 or more years of direct life insurance experience preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
